Feliciano admitted to conspiring to commit eight robberies and aiding and abetting three robberies, including the Union County robbery at which a firearm was discharged. While fleeing the scene of one of the robberies, in Union County, New Jersey, the conspirator fired a handgun at passing witnesses, shortly before being picked up by Feliciano. After stealing the money, the conspirator fled the scene with the assistance of Feliciano, who acted as the getaway driver.
